If you can find out who these criminals are, please file a complaint with the FTC, FCC and/or the Attorney General.  The phone numbers from which the calls made are typically illegally cloaked (called "spoofing").  This means that you cannot trace the call back without help from your phone company.  Is it worth the trouble to complain to your telephone company and/or FTC/FCC?  The answer is “YES”!  These criminals are preying on people who don't know any better and scaring them into buying warranties that they do not need and cannot afford.

If you are in the warranty business and you don't like what you read here, then we recommend that you start policing your own industry and turn in these bad guys!!  And, whatever you do, don't buy their leads!!!!!!
